Sage Dehghani
Hi, I'm Sage. I am the Owner and Lead Transaction Coordinator at Collective Closings & Co. LLC. I hold a Real Estate License in both Colorado and Washington and have been working in the real estate industry since 2016.
Since transitioning into Transaction Coordination in 2021, I've successfully managed thousands of transactions across Washington, Wyoming, Colorado, Kansas, and Kansas City, Missouri, giving agents the confidence that every detail is handled with care from contract to close.
My background as a real estate agent gives me a unique perspective—I understand the demands and challenges of the business, and the level of support needed to create a seamless closing experience. I treat every agent’s clients the way the agent would.
By maintaining my real estate licenses, I stay current on contracts, standards, and best practices, allowing me to provide knowledgeable, up-to-date coordination every step of the way.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with the people who matter most to me and making the most of the little moments in life.

Hi, I’m Kyra. My role at Collective Closings & Co. LLC is working behind the scenes as the Listing & Compliance Coordinator. I help keep the listing process and compliance entry organized, accurate, and on track, ensuring the details are handled so our agents can focus on what they do best.
Outside of work, you can usually find me playing beach volleyball, creating art, or spending time with family.
I bring my attention to detail, organization, and positive energy to Collective Closings & Co. and work to ensure that we elevate every closing experience.
