Monday - Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Closed on Federal Holidays.
HOW DO YOU GET PAID?
We have a secure invoicing platform used to send invoices. Payments can be made via ACH or Bank Cards.
ARE YOU LICENSED?
Yes, licensed in CO & WA.
Although, we do not perform any licensed work on files.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A FILE CANCELS?
We do not charge cancellation fees. We only get paid if the file successfully closes.
HOW DO I START?
If ready to move forward you’ll complete an onboarding form (link at bottom of page) and agent agreement letter. Once that is complete you can begin submitting transactions same day!
DO YOU WORK WITH BOTH BUYERS AND SELLERS?
Yes, we provide transaction coordination services for both buyer and seller transactions.
DO YOU COMMUNICATE WITH MY CLIENT?
Yes, we send introduction emails, paperwork throughout the file, milestone updates, and answer questions that they may have.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
Listing Coordination payment is due upon order.
Contract to Close Coordination will be due upon a successful closing.
