Closed on Federal Holidays.
HOW DO YOU GET PAID?
We have a secure invoicing platform used to send invoices. Payments can be made via ACH or Bank Cards.
WHAT PLATFORMS HAVE YOU WORKED IN?
As an independent TC company, we work with many different platforms.
Including, but not limited to:
SkySlope, Paperless Pipeline, TransactionDesk, zipForms, FormSimplicity, DocuSign, Dotloop, KW Command, RealSmart Agent, REZEN Bolt, CTMe Contracts, Compass, Bold Trail Back Office, Worth Clark Compliance.
WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSE TIME?
We guarantee a response time of two-hours or less, during working hours.
Any new contracts that are submitted by 3PM in your local time zone will be processed same day.
DO YOU WORK WITH TEAMS AND LARGE BROKERAGES?
Yes, we provide transaction coordination for solo agents, teams, and large brokerages.
DO YOU WORK WITH BOTH BUYERS AND SELLERS?
Yes, we provide transaction coordination services for both buyer and seller transactions.
DO YOU COMMUNICATE WITH MY CLIENT?
Yes, we send introduction emails, paperwork throughout the file, milestone updates, and answer questions that they may have.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
Listing Coordination payment is due upon order.
Contract to Close Coordination is due upon a successful closing.
ARE YOU LICENSED?
Yes, licensed in Colorado and Washington.
Note: We do not perform any licensed work on files.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A FILE CANCELS?
There are no cancellation fees on contract-to-close files. You only pay if the file closes. Listing coordination is paid up front.
HOW DO I START?
If ready to move forward you’ll complete an onboarding form (link at bottom of page) and agent agreement letter. Once that is complete you can begin submitting transactions same day!
